We’ll create your “Perfect Plan” in the first week. We start by doing this through an in-depth one-hour onboarding session where we plan out realistic meal ideas with the food you enjoy eating. We revise our workout templates for the equipment you can access and the movements you’re comfortable doing.

 

We set out short-term and long-term goals and discuss what it will take from both of us to succeed with your health improvement journey.

Habit Testing

The goal is to establish “healthy habits,” and we start creating those healthy habits through the process of “Habit Testing.”  As great as our “Perfect Plan" may be, no plan is ever 100% perfect right out of the gate. What changes will need to be made during the busy season at work? What changes must be made after seeing success in your health journey? The second phase of your health journey is where you and I test and make necessary revisions to your plan in various environments throughout the year to establish the skill of adaptability to any environment.

 

The statistics are clear: most diets fail because they teach a rigid structure that only works when things are great. This phase ensures that won’t happen.
