My wife (Brittney) and I have been doing this coaching thing for over a decade now. We've helped people lose over 100+ pounds to get to a healthy weight, others lose 10-20 to regain the confidence they once had, and others gain over 10 pounds of muscle to inspire their kids. They all started here and now look at what they've accomplished.

So, I wanted to give you a highlight reel to get the info you want to see the physique results you’re looking for in less time. This is a quick guide to the physique results you're looking for whether you want to lose weight, put on muscle, or both.

...but just working out without proper nutrition is a waste of energy.
Results won't come if you only focus on the calorie expenditure side, so let's dive into nutrition.
Nutrition
The first thing a person needs to know is how much to eat

The second thing that we've found to be super helpful is how to meal prep to make being healthy as efficient as possible. That's why I'll point you to here.
And all of these things are tangible recommendations you could put into place, but you also may want to consider this. You may not be ready for a diet. There may be some things you need to consider to make sure this weight loss sticks. Which is why I feel looking over the Five things to consider before starting a diet.

...you should know what it looks like to come off a diet. So here's another blog about that.
In the end, you need to get your protein, get your fiber, and nail your calories. That's how you'll be successful.

Mindset
In the end, we live in a world where a lot of this information is out there there already.
I'm probably not blowing your hair back with any new information.
But you're still finding it hard to implement these recommendations.

I'm serious though.
The first domino that has to fall is a change in mindset. Without that, you'll never see sustainable results. That's what is at the core of our coaching. Yes, we get people tremendous results that last for DECADES. We give them meal plans, guide them through their weekly nutrition, and create tough but doable workout plans for them...
...but mainly we instill the perspective it takes to see results and keep them for life.
